This policy explains how ROYAL MINDS uses information collected through this training website.
Enrollment information
We collect your full name and email address to register your enrollment, identify your payment and manage course access. Enrollment and transaction records are accessible only through the protected administration backend.
Secure payments
Paystack handles payment information on its secure checkout. This website does not collect or store card numbers, card security codes or banking passwords. Course access is released only after server-side verification of the correct amount, currency and transaction reference.
Training access
Verified customers receive the current administrator-configured Telegram destination through a private receipt link. Keep that receipt link private. Telegram links can be forwarded by recipients; this website does not control Telegram group membership.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose to allow Meta measurement, this site sends page, content, checkout and verified purchase events to Meta. Purchase events include the training value and currency. Customer identifiers sent by the server are hashed. You can leave the optional measurement checkbox unchecked and still enroll.
Course and third-party tools
Your payment covers this training course. Third-party AI platform subscriptions or usage charges are separate. The course teaches skills and does not guarantee income or business results.
Payment issues and refunds
Pending, failed and abandoned payments do not grant access. You can recheck payment status from your receipt page. Any refund is handled by the administrator through Paystack and reflected after transaction reconciliation. No automatic refund entitlement or processing is represented by this website.
